With this update, we have several improvements including the new Delivery Appointment accessorial, a new way to quickly open orders, and more.
Delivery Appointment and Call Before Delivery Accessorials Available
With this update, you will now be able to select Delivery Appointment, as well as Call Before Delivery, whenever necessary on rate requests to get the proper rate.
BOL Pickup Date Set by the Estimated Pickup on Tracking tab
The Pickup Date on the BOL will now populate from the Estimated Pickup date on the Order Tracking tab.
If you need to adjust the pickup date on the BOL of an approved order, then all you need to do is open the Tracking tab, click on Estimated Pickup Date, and update the date.
Finally, just click View BOL to get the updated BOL document.

Open Order Keyboard Shortcut
With this update, you can now quickly open any order you want from anywhere in Miranda using only your keyboard.
Press Control + O on your keyboard to open the Open Order dialog.
Type in the order number you wish to open, and choose whether or not you want the order to open in a new tab or your current tab. That setting will be remembered for future usage of this window.
Press enter when ready to open the order and you'll be taken to the order immediately.
Updated Estimated Pickups/Deliveries
To make tracking more clear, Estimated Pickups and Estimated Deliveries will be date fields only, without a time, to better reflect true estimates, as seen in the above image.
Remove Duplicate Shipment
If an order has a duplicate shipment, it is now possible to remove the duplicate. To remove the duplicate shipment, hover over the shipment on the Shipments tab of the order, and click the red X in the top right corner of that shipment.
- Booking an order from a saved quote will include the originally selected city & state from the rate quote in addition to zip code
- The Mode column has been added to the Gross Profit by Order report so this report data can be filtered by mode.
- The pickup date should no longer be copied when copying an order.
- The Orders w/Pending Charges column in the GP by Customer Rep report has been fixed to properly sort and show a total.
- Improved Auto-Tracking on pickups/deliveries.
