We have several new features in this update, including a new Order Summary inside orders, a simplified Rates tab on orders, a new Customer Portal Activity Report, and more.
New Order Summary
A new order summary is now part of your order view allowing you to view the basic information of that order no matter what order tab you are in.
Information in this order summary includes:
- Customer Rep
- Lane (Zip to Zip)
- Financials of the order
- Service Level
- Delivery ETA/Delivered Date
- Quote ID
- PRO Number
It is also possible to View the BOL, copy the PRO number inside the summary, or go to the Carrier's website AND copy the PRO number with one click by clicking Go to Carrier Website.
To copy only the PRO number, click the # next to the PRO.
Simplified Rates Tab
With this update, we have simplified the Rates tab on orders to be more straightforward and allow you to get at the basic info you need without having to hunt for it, while still being able to drill into details when needed.
The Revenue and COGS should look consistent to each other, with total customer charges and carrier charges listed at the top of the Revenue and COGS cards.
A breakdown of charges from the quote vs. additional charges during the shipment are visible below the totals at all times.
To see or edit the specific charges, click the total amount for Customer or Carrier Charges.
Customer Invoice & Payments
If you have integrated with Miranda's API and send customer invoice or customer payment data to Miranda, then you will notice that customer invoices and payments have been redesigned as well to give you the basic info and the ability to drill into specific data if needed.
You can click on the Invoiced and Paid headers to drill down for more info. To open an invoice, click the Invoice ID link.
Reject and Re-Quote
When you want to provide a new quote to your customer and you already have a previous saved quote for their shipment request, you can now reject that quote and copy that quote into a new one at the same time.
This will save you time from re-entering the same info into the rate quotes screen.
To use this feature, open a Saved Quote that you want to reject and start a new quote from.
Click Reject and Re-Quote.
When you click this button, this quote will be rejected and you will be taken to the Rate Quote page with the information from this saved quote already filled in to get new rates.
Customer Portal Report
There is a new Report under the Reports tab that allows you to see the activity on customer portal of your invited customers.
Go to Reports > Customer Portal Report.
You can specify a date range and see the actions by each of your customers inside the Portal, including:
- Number of rates ran
- Number of quotes saved
- Number of shipments booked, and the financials of those shipments
This report will include every customer that has been invited to Customer Portal, regardless of whether they have used it or not.
- InterConnect customers can now select Volume LTL mode on a manual rate and be able to tender these, just like it's possible with selecting LTL as the mode on the manual rate.
- The order will now automatically save after sending a tender from the order.
- It is now possible to select a disabled customer when running the Customer Order History report to look up a now-disabled customer's order history.
- Resolved an issue where updating a user's email address in Miranda did not update the login email address user of the user.
