The customer portal can be used to track orders, view status updates and access documents, such as the BOL.
1. Shipment Confirmation
Once a shipment has been submitted, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email. To open the shipment in portal, simply click on the View Order In Portal button.
2. Track Orders
You can also view your shipment in portal by logging in and searching for the shipment using one of the following options:
- Click on Track Orders to view your shipments.
- You can search for a specific shipment by entering the PO#, PRO, BOL, or Zip code in the search box.
- You can also view shipments by the shipment status. Just click on the status (such as Awaiting Pickup) to see all shipments currently in this status. *Note: As the shipment progresses, it will be moved into the section that corresponds with it's current status (Pending Approval, Awaiting Pickup, in Transit, or Delivered).
- Click View Details to open the shipment.
3. Shipment Status
The shipments status will be displayed in the top left corner of the screen.
The shipment will remain in the Pending Approval status while it is being reviewed and prepared for dispatch by the CaseStack representative.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, the status will be changed to Awaiting Pickup.
After the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, the status is changed to In Transit and tracking details for the shipment can be seen in the Tracking Updates section.
4. BOL Available
Once this BOL is made available, you will receive an email notification. Click on View BOL In Portal to open the shipment.
*Note: If the shipment was not created through the customer portal, you will not receive a notification email when the BOL is available. However, you can still access and download the BOL by logging in to your portal account (see instructions below).
You can also log in to your portal account and select the Current BOL from the Documents section.
Click on the Current BOL to download the document. Open the downloaded PDF document to view or print the BOL.
5. Shipment Updates
The shipment will continue to be tracked and updated as additional status updates are made available by the carrier.
If there are any delays, the delay will be indicated by a yellow highlighting on the shipment status. In addition the current estimated delivery date will be updated.
There will also be a note on the shipment that there has been a time delay.
Once the shipment has been delivered, the status and tracking information will be updated as seen in the screenshot below.
