This lesson describes how to modify the information stored in a customer's Item History, including the item description, NMFC, SUB, and Class.
1. Open the Customer
To open the customer's Item History:
- Click on the Customers tab.
- Search for the customer's name.
- Select the customer from the list.
- Click on Item History.
2. Modify Item History
The customer's saved items will be listed in the Item History tab.
- Modify the description, NMFC, Sub, or Class.
- To remove a saved item, click the Delete button.
- Click Save to save your changes.
