In Miranda, you can set up notifications to alert you when certain events occur. To set up notifications, follow the instructions below.
1. Open Notification Settings
To open notification settings, click on Notifications, then click Settings.
2. Enable Notifications
The Notification Settings window will appear. By default, notifications for the following statuses are enabled:
- Delay at Receiver
- Delay at Shipper
- Delivery Exception
To enable an additional notification, click the radio button to turn it on (green). Disable a notification, click the radio button to turn it off (white).
3. Viewing Notifications
To view your notifications, click on Notifications.
- All: The All tab shows all recent notifications. Notifications are removed from this view after 14 days.
- Unread: Displays only the unread notifications.
- Mark all as read: Click to mark all notifications as "read".
Hover over the notification time to see the actual date/time stamp for when the update was made.
