Follow the steps below to clear filters or reset the grid if you are unable to find or see orders in the order grid.
1. Clear All Filters
To ensure that you do not have any filters set on the order grid, you should clear all of your filters. To do this, click the Options button located in the top right corner of the order grid (see screenshot below), then select Clear All Filters.
If this does not resolve the issue, proceed to step 2.
2. Reset Grid
To reset the order grid, click the Options button and select Reset Grid.
3. Log Out
Log out and then log back in to Miranda. If you are still unable to see orders or locate a specific order, click here to submit a ticket.
