To reset your password, follow the instructions below.
1. Open the Customer Portal
Go to https://casestack.mirandatms.com/app/#/login and click on "forget your password".
2. Request Password Reset
Enter the email address that was used to create your portal account, then click Request Reset.
3. Access Email to Reset Password
Log in to your email account and open the Password Reset email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Click on Reset Password to choose a new password.
4. Select a New Password
Enter a new password and confirm it. When finished, click Reset Password.
After resetting your password, you will be logged in to the Miranda Customer Portal.
